Is your server not powerful enough anymore? Did you add some new mods or plugins and want them to run un-restricted? This guide will show you how to upgrade your server by showing you all of the steps, even the basic ones. Lets get started!
Step by Step
- Log into your client account here:
https://oddblox.us/portal
- Under the “Your Active Services/Products” section, click on the service you wish to upgrade.
- Click on the green update button below the service description.
- You will be shown all of the available service plans alongside their prices. Select the one you want to upgrade your service to by clicking the “Choose Service” button.
- You will be brought to a new page that will prompt you to pay. You will be credited for the remaining balance of your old plan.
- After clicking the continue button, your server should be upgraded within 1-10 minutes. If you need support, please reach out to us via tickets, live chat or Discord support.
